Creative vegetable process

Diana Díaz will be taking us into the world of vegetables on the basis of a family legacy.

The legacy left to chef Diana Díaz is a major part of her culinary training. It was handed down to her by her mother and grandmother, not only in terms of cuisine, but also with regard to plantations. 

This also produced her relationship with nature and her surroundings, the need to transfer all that knowledge to plates, in the most honest and sustainable manner possible.
