Jorge & José Ramón Alvarín

Jorge Pérez Alvarín and Elisa Gión Pérez started their own business in 1994, after many years of experience in the hotel and catering sector. The establishment is associated with several tourist groups, such as the Asturias Hotel and Catering Association (Otea) and Destino Navia. In 2013, the Asturias Hotel and Catering Association honoured the professional career of this couple, who returned to their homeland at the end of the 1970s after more than a decade of emigration to Switzerland.

Their son, José Ramón, is now at the helm of the business, a second generation that is preserving the essence of this landmark restaurant in western Asturias.
