This confectionery was Paulino's dream. Paulino and Conchi opened an artisan and traditional bakery that worked very well from the beginning. After the death of the pater familias, his wife, sons (Héctor and José) and daughters-in-law decided to take over the business.
This is how this family business grew to become a temple of the sweet of reference in which the king is the typical dessert of this area of the Nalón: the bartolo.
