Adela wanted to be a cook from a very early age. She was so sure about it, even before she was 20, she had opened her own restaurant at the family home.
Her cuisine is traditional Asturias cookery, based on Cantabrian stews and fish, and it evokes the special landscape of the local Mining Basins.
She has been in charge of the kitchen and the business, where she likes to be surrounded by women, for more than 20 years. In 2018 this earned her Langreo's entrepreneurial award for best professional trajectory.
