Wine and customer service have been present in Jenny Riesgo's career since the beginning.
As a child she was used to hanging around vineyards, as her grandparents in Zamora were involved in winemaking. It came as no surprise that when she grew up, Jenny turned her professional future to the hotel and catering business.
She trained in restaurant management, in the dining room and as a sommelier. She has worked in various hotels and restaurants and currently, for the last two years, she has been the sommelier at Coalla Gourmet.
