Ramona Menéndez

Ramona Menéndez is the third generation of a family working in catering and "serving local people".

The story of Casa Belarmino actually begins with Ramona's grandparents, Herminia and Belarmino, who opened a bar, shop, tobacconist's, a business dealing in anything at all to keep local people and visitors supplied. Ramona's parents, María Lourdes and Jacinto, continued the family business, which is now run by a third generation composed of Ramona and husband Juan Luis.

A third generation that had already been endorsed by a previous restaurant (La Ribera, in Luanco) and by training which enabled them to move the family project forward to gain the appreciation of customers and critics.
