Lara Roguez

Lara Roguez, named Chef of the Year 2020 by the World Chefs Association and known as the 'Chef of the Cantabrian Sea', is one of the most innovative figures in Asturian gastronomy. Chef and owner of the Abarike restaurant in Gijón, Roguez has been recognised for her innovative approach and commitment to sustainability. Her many awards include the Caldereta Don Calixto in 2021 and inclusion in the Michelin Guide from 2023.
